Built around real onboarding workflows, it delivers structured video-based inductions,
HR-led onboarding sessions, and automated quiz tracking through a centralised dashboard.
It provides HR teams with a controlled,
repeatable digital onboarding flow while maintaining visibility and compliance oversight.
Working in hotel HR, I saw firsthand how inconsistent onboarding created confusion and missed expectations.
The same HR team delivering the same induction manually to every new hire became draining and inefficient.
SultanGate was developed to replace that repetition with a consistent, trackable induction experience.
So every team member starts strong.
SultanGate is a modular HR induction system built for The Celestial Sultanate Hotel*. It offers a private, secure onboarding flow with embedded induction videos, randomized quizzes, and printable declaration forms. HR can track participation, download signed reports, and even manage group inductions through a dedicated dashboard.

Proper onboarding builds employee confidence, brand alignment, and reduces early attrition.
